From the 16th to 19th of November 2WheelBabes and 2WheelBlokes will be in Dubbo
hosting a Mega Babe Raid (Motorcycle Rally For Chicks), there will also be a community open day
where we will be setting a few world records and celebrating our success.

This week Dubbo blood centre is 30+ donations short of what is needed to support patients in need. It is vital these appointments are filled to ensure supplies. 

Monday, Tuesday & Friday are days of particular concern.

Black Dog Ride

Black Dog Ride's iconic annual 1 Dayer aims to start a national conversation about depression and suicide prevention.

Dubbo Dance Camp

Dubbo Dance Camp will be launched by Justice Crew Founder, featuring street dancing and hip hop. The camp will arrive to Dubbo on February 24th and 25th at Orana Dance Centre.

The fresh dance intensive will feature some of the most influential leaders in the entertainment industry, such as Justice Crew founder Maurice June, Hip Hop impresario Marco Andre Selorio and choreographer Joey Patterson.

Dubbo Farmers Markets | 1st & 3rd Saturday of the Month

On the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month - rain, hail or shine locals and visitors alike get together to enjoy and appreciate the feast of fresher, tastier produce from your local producers. 

Held from 8 am to 12 noon on the lawn of the home of the Dubbo Farmers Market, The Macquarie Lions Park, situated behind the Visitor Information Centre on the corner of Newell Highway and Macquarie Street, Dubbo. 

The markets offer a range of seasonal fresh produce, fresh fruit and vegetables, herbs and plants. 

There is also fresh bread, a selection of local pork, beef and lamb, award winning olive oils, preserves, jams, marinates honey, wine, nuts and so much more. 

Enjoy our fresh breakfast and coffee options with family and friends before you start exploring the regional produce, sampling and taking home all the goodies you will need to prepare your own gourmet dishes at home.

Dubbo Ride For The Wild

Help support endangered wild life by participating in the Dubbo Bike-a-thon! This Bikeathon is a challenge for bike enthusiasts of all levels, while supporting endangered animals in much need of a safe environment.

Dubbo Triathlon Club - Tri Stars Junior Event

Swim, cycle and run at the Dubbo Aquatic Centre and Victoria Park! 

This event focuses on fun, participation and personal achievement.
Events are held on sealed roads under marshall conditions to ensure
the safety of all children. 

This event is for first time participants and experienced, for all fitness levels.
Will be held on Sunday 10th December, 21st January and 18th February.

Man From Ironbark Festival

Stuart Town, formally known as 'Ironbark' as made famous by Banjo Patterson's' poem Man From Ironbark, will once again hold it's annual festival on Easter Saturday 31st March 2018. 

There will be Market Stalls, Displays and Food Vendors, A Bush Dance in the park and Poetry at lunch time.  
A Cobb and Co stage coach and helicopter joy flights plus history re enactment performances will be a feature of the day. 

There will be something for the entire family.

Old Time / New Vogue Dancing

Talbragar CWA | Next Meeting

Talbragar CWA next meeting will be held on Saturday March 3rd in the Talbragar CWA Hall, Boothenba Road, commencing at 2pm. 
This meeting will be a planning meeting, looking at the dates set for the 3 street stalls this year, Group Council meetings and the Dubbo Show display.

Teachers' Open Day at the Zoo

The teaching community and their families are invited to attend an exclusive, free Open Day at Taronga Western Plains Zoo on Saturday 3rd March 2018.
Principals, teachers and administration staff from across the region can take part in the day which will launch the Zoo's 2018 Education Program/ After the official event from 9:30am - 12:30pm, families can enjoy exploring the Zoo with complimentary admission.
