Dubbo Farmers Markets | 1st & 3rd Saturday of the Month

On the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month - rain, hail or shine locals and visitors alike get together to enjoy and appreciate the feast of fresher, tastier produce from your local producers. 

Held from 8 am to 12 noon on the lawn of the home of the Dubbo Farmers Market, The Macquarie Lions Park, situated behind the Visitor Information Centre on the corner of Newell Highway and Macquarie Street, Dubbo. 

The markets offer a range of seasonal fresh produce, fresh fruit and vegetables, herbs and plants. 

There is also fresh bread, a selection of local pork, beef and lamb, award winning olive oils, preserves, jams, marinates honey, wine, nuts and so much more. 

Enjoy our fresh breakfast and coffee options with family and friends before you start exploring the regional produce, sampling and taking home all the goodies you will need to prepare your own gourmet dishes at home.

Gilgandra C.W.A Markets | 1st Saturday of Every Month

Held at Gilgandra Community Plaza in Miller Street. From  9am until 1pm.

New and Pre loved goods | Cakes | Jewellery | Many more various stalls.

Coo-ee Lodge Ladies sell Bacon & Egg Rolls for $5 each.

All stall holders welcome - cost $5.00 per table.

This presentation acknowledges the outstanding individuals who live in this city - who give for the betterment of others and Dubbo as a whole.

Whether you work from home, operate a business or are an employee, we all contribute to the city in which we live but it is our volunteers who are the thread with our social fabric which fill the void by providing services and help. 

The Dubbo Day Awards are now in their 20th year.

Dundillimal Homestead | Fashions of yesteryear

Dundullimal Homestead, Dubbo is holding an exhibition of antique clothing from the 1890s to the 1940s and a delicious morning tea in the courtyard of Dundullimal | 23L Obley Road, Dubbo | Sunday 27th October from 10am-1pm.

Tickets are $25 per person from or pay at the door.

All proceeds support the Dundullimal Dubbo Support Crew Inc. who help the National Trust NSW care for, conserve, create events and educational programs for the community to enjoy.

Harvest Festival | Orana Baptist Church Dubbo

Come along to the Orana Baptist Church Dubbo for their Harvest Festival

Saturday 26th October | Commencing 5pm at 4 Palmer St Dubbo 

With an Auction and Fun Concert & Meals

Bring along donations of fresh produce or non perishable goods. Fresh produce will be auctioned - proceeds will be donated for Drought Relief. Non perishable items will go into hampers and also donated for drought relief funds.

$10 Donation towards cost of meal | $25 per family | Would be much appreciated

The Narromine Food Barn is a Not-For-Profit organisation run by the Narromine Uniting Church
