Commercial Agreements

To ensure that 2DU complies with the Broadcasting Standards Act 2000, we are obliged to disclose any commercial agreements that our Presenters may have.

Some programs on 2DU are relayed from the Supernetwork group of stations (these can include 2SM, 2HD and 2TM). A register of any agreements these presenters may have can be viewed by visiting the 2SM, 2HD or 2TM websites.

The Steve Liebmann Morning Show may have commercial agreements, and these can be found by visiting the 2UE website.

Local Content Compliance

2DU complies with the Australian Communications and Media Authority Broadcasting Services Act (Material of Local Significance - Notice).

2DU provides at least three hours of material of local significance daily.

2DU Local News,
locally produced and presented, is aired five times daily (Monday to Friday).

Radio Codes Of Practice

These Codes have been developed in accordance with the requirements of  section 123 of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992 and have been registered by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) after endorsement by commercial radio broadcasters and consultation with the listening public. The Codes aim to ensure that commercial radio broadcasters have regard to prevailing community standards in broadcast material, while protecting their right to responsible freedom of speech.
